New Year's Eve Gala Menu 2025
Enjoy a special gala menu on New Year's Eve from 5 p.m. and come with us on a multifaceted culinary journey to finish off the year.
- After a welcome glass of champagne, we start with a fine, creamy chestnut soup, seasoned with red wine
- For the second course, we serve lamb's lettuce with fresh goat cheese and honey balsamic dressing
- For the main course, you can choose between Argentine fillet mignon (200g) with pepper sauce and romanesco or a fine sea bream fillet served with grilled vegetables
- And finally, we conclude the evening with a homemade Spanish almond cake with fresh fruits
